Khesal Eloud – Terms of Service for Wholesale Partners
1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Khesal Eloud wholesale portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your wholesale account application.
2. Wholesale Account Eligibility Wholesale accounts are available only to verified business entities. Upon registration, you may be required to provide proof of your business status (e.g., Business License, Tax ID, or Resale Certificate). Khesal Eloud reserves the right to approve or deny any wholesale application at its sole discretion.
3. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) All wholesale purchases are subject to established Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs). These quantities are determined by product category and are subject to change. Orders not meeting the defined MOQs will not be processed.
4. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing: All prices are listed in [Insert Currency]. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability Khesal Eloud shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or resale of our products. Our total liability is limited to the invoice value of the products purchased.
